CLASS DESCRIPTION
Wednesday Wave Yoga Flow | 8:30-9:30am
This gentle, yet invigorating class will keep you flowing through the week. Postures (asana) are held for 5-10 breaths while focusing on physical alignment and mental awareness through controlled, meditative breathing (pranayama). This class may include Classical Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), standing and seated postures, arm balances, and inversions. Prop suggestions and variations are given. This traditional style class will deepen your understanding of alignment and subtle energy, and is perfect for beginners to advanced students.
