Get ready for “inside out” yoga
Leslie’s “Yoga from the Inside-Out” class offers a blend of lyengar and Ashtanga styles. Seasoned yogis and newcomers are all welcome. Different ways of doing each yoga form (pose) will be offered so anyone can join in — even if you’ve never practiced yoga. The class facilitates inner exploration while offering a fun and engaging asana practice with contemporary music.
The instructor
Leslie Shipley has been practicing yoga for 40 years and has attained the highest level of yoga teaching certification recognized by Yoga Alliance (E-RYT 500).
She is donating her time.
