Want to connect a little more deeply with others and develop a practice of mindfulness at the same time? Get your hearts in sync with heart rhythm meditation!
Heart Rhythm Meditation connects you more deeply with yourself and others. In this class we explore interpersonal topics such as Listening, Growing Together, Boundaries, Supporting Each Other, and Forgiveness. You might place a hand on your partner’s back during meditation, or hover hands over hands to experience the flow of energy between two hearts. The hour includes meditation, discussion, and some light stretching. Bring a romantic partner, a buddy, a family member, or make a new friend!
