Qigong is the practice of energy cultivation & development. Relax into your body with gentle and energizing movements includingself-massage, standing meditation, breathing and balance exercises. These exercises activate the body’s meridian pathways,loosen the joints, cultivate internal awareness and clear and move blocked and stagnant Qi.
